Living Systems: Learning from the Rainforest
We often use the image of a forest to describe organisations. Yet a true living system is not defined by endless action or control, but by the way life unfolds — honestly, directly, out of necessity. The rainforest shows us another way: what thrives grows from its core, in tune with the whole, with balance arising naturally. Perhaps our work is to remember this — not by travelling to the rainforest, but by waking up to our own humanity.
